| 1 | Update / change terms and conditions | - De Hantaran serves the sole right to change or update the terms and condition without any prior notice.

| 2 | Product Exchange | - Customers are not allowed to exchange their order/orders under any circumstances.

| 3 | Customer Order / Orders | - Customers are not allowed to modify their order/orders once their order/orders have been made. These includes product modification, date delivery modification and delivery details modification.
- It is sole duty of the customer to double check any of the information provided in the order details.

| 4 | Request of product modification | - Customers are only allowed to request for product modification unless all of these circumstances are fulfilled:
- Before payments are made
- Notifying De Hantaran staff team.
- Modification request accepted by De Hantaran staff team.
- Written request to De Hantaran staff team (via sms / email / any other form of text messages).
- Written acceptance by De Hantaran staff team (via sms / email / any other form of text messages).
- Value of modification exceeds order value.

| 5 | Product Variance | - Products ordered may seem to vary from the photo due to the lighting or angle of the photo taken.
- Products that are flower related will have slight changes among the arrangement of the flower depending on the flower shape of growth.
- Products that are flower related may have slight changes the flower used depending on the availability of the flower (E.g. Flower season, flower shipment affected by Covid-19 pandemic).
